Membership value, made measurable.
Chambers are asked to justify dues every renewal cycle. Bizer gives your member businesses a platform they can use for free, and gives your staff the tools to run renewals, at no cost to the chamber.
The renewal conversation deserves better evidence.
Members renew on relationships and lapse on budgets, and the value of membership is usually argued anecdotally. Bizer's aim is to make membership visible where a business owner already looks: credited on the business's own profile, and diminished when the membership lapses.
Two capabilities available today, one in development.
Chamber Edition
A free Bizer account for the chamber itself. Your members sit in the CRM, dues run as recurring invoices, and Miles works alongside your staff the way it does for any small business.
Renewal outreach
Miles drafts renewal messages in your chamber's voice. Your staff reviews and approves each one, and messages send from your own email address or phone number.
Membership as a credited signal
Chamber membership counted as evidence on a member's business profile, decaying when the membership lapses. Pilot chambers shape how it is scored and how it is presented to members.
A chamber is a business whose customers are businesses.
The tools built for small businesses fit a chamber almost exactly. The member roster is a CRM. Dues are recurring invoices. Renewals are follow-ups that need writing. Chamber Edition is a free Bizer account for the chamber itself, running the same platform your members use, which means your staff can speak to the product from experience.
Integration with member-management platforms is on our roadmap. Until it ships, Bizer runs alongside the system you already use rather than replacing it, and your existing platform remains your system of record.
Your roster remains yours.
What each party brings, and what each receives.
| Party | Receives |
|---|---|
| The chamber | Chamber Edition at no cost, drafted renewal outreach under staff approval, a claimed business profile, and stronger evidence for the value of membership. |
| Members | A business profile they can claim, a platform that is free to start, and access to a local advisor when they want one. |
| Bizer | Introduction to member businesses through an organization they already trust, and a partner willing to speak to the results. |
