SERVICES · KNOW WHERE YOU STAND

Where AI fits in your business, and where it doesn’t

We sit with you and your team, follow the work as it really happens, and come back with a plan: which jobs to hand to AI first, with which tools, at what cost, and what to watch out for. Then you can do it yourself, or have us do it.

WHY START HERE

Most AI projects fail before anyone writes a prompt

They fail because someone bought a tool before they knew which job it was for. A chatbot nobody asked for. A subscription that does one thing the team already did fine. Three logins that don’t talk to each other, and a team that quietly goes back to the old way.

The analysis comes first so your money goes to the jobs that actually eat your week. Sometimes the answer is a big change. Sometimes it’s one workflow, plus a few things that should stay exactly as they are.

WHAT WE DO

Four steps, about two weeks

1. Listen

An hour with you, and short conversations with the people who do the work. What fills the week, what goes wrong, and what you’d do with the time back.

2. Map

We write down how each kind of work flows today: who touches it, which tools, and how long it takes by your team’s own estimate.

3. Sort

Every task goes on one of three lists: AI can take it now, AI can help a person do it, or it stays human, with the reason for each.

4. Plan

The first three to five changes in order, the tools for each, what they cost each month, and the risks to your data and your customers.

WHAT’S IN THE PLAN

Something you can act on, with us or without us

The plan is written for you, not for a technician. Each change says what it replaces, what it costs, what could go wrong, and how you’d know it’s working.

Where the time numbers come from matters. We use your team’s own estimates of how long things take today, multiplied out. We never quote you an average saving from somewhere else.

We name whatever tools fit: Bizer, the software you already pay for, or others. If something you have already does the job, the plan says so.

WHO IT’S FOR

Open businesses that feel the busywork

It fits an owner-run business with a handful of people, where the owner is still answering every email, chasing every quote and copying numbers between tools at night. It also fits a team that tried an AI tool, didn’t stick with it, and wants to know what went wrong.

If you’re still deciding whether to start a business, begin with a market research project or a free business assessment instead.

FAQ

Questions about AI implementation analysis

Do I need to know anything about AI?

No. We ask about your work, not about technology. The plan explains each change in plain language.

Will AI replace my staff?

That’s not what this is for. Most of what we find is the repetitive part of people’s jobs: sorting email, chasing quotes, copying numbers. Taking that off their plates gives them time for the work only they can do.

Is my business data safe?

Part of the plan is a plain look at the risks of each tool: where your data goes, who can see it, and what to keep out of AI entirely.

What if you recommend software you don’t make?

We will, when it fits better. The plan is about your business, not about selling you our app.
